21世纪时信息化的时代,几乎任何一个行业都离不开计算机,将计算机运用于户籍管理也是十分常见的。过去使用手工的管理方式对户籍进行管理,造成了管理繁琐、难以维护等问题,如今使用计算机对户籍的各项基本信息进行管理,比起手工管理来说既方便又简单,而且具有易于管理、搜索速度快、存储量大等多个优点。将其使用在户籍管理中,不仅能够提高户籍管理中管理员的工作效率,而且可以使户籍管理更加科学与规范。在信息化时代的不断冲击下,户籍管理与计算机技术的结合,将会是一条提高户籍管理水平的捷径。
根据本系统的研究现状和发展趋势,系统从需求分析、结构设计、数据库设计,在到系统实现,分别为前端实现和后端实现。论文内容从系统描述、系统分析、系统设计、系统实现、系统测试来阐述系统的开发过程。本系统力求结合实际找出一种切实可行的开发方案,经过反复研究和学习,借助java编程语言、jsp技术、sqlserver数据库和tomcat服务器来完成系统的所有功能,最后进行系统测试,来检测系统的权限和漏洞,从而将系统完善,达到符合标准。

Design and implementation of household registration system
ABSTRACT
In the age of informationization in the 21st century, it is very common for almost any industry to rely on computers and the application of computers in household registration. Used manual management mode on the household registration management, the management of complicated and difficult to maintain, now use the computer all the basic information of the household registration management, compared with the manual management convenient and simple, and easy to manage, search speed and large storage, and other advantages. The application of it in household registration management can not only improve the working efficiency of the administrators in the household registration system, but also make the household registration management more scientific and standardized. Under the constant impact of the information age, the combination of household registration management and computer technology will be a shortcut to improve the management level of household registration.
According to the current research status and development trend of the system, the system is implemented from demand analysis, structural design and database design to the realization of the system and the back-end implementation respectively. The paper elaborates the development process of the system from system description, system analysis, system design, system implementation and system test. The system tries to combine the actual find out a feasible development plan, after repeated research and study, using the Java programming language, the JSP technology, essentially a database and tomcat server to accomplish all functions of the system, and finally to the system test, to detect system permissions and loopholes, thus the system perfect, to conform to the standard.
