信息技术是当今社会发展的重要方向之一，它已经深入到各个行业中。随着计算机技术的发展，信息技术已经从传统的数据处理转变为网络信息的处理和交互。在管理方面，通过信息管理技术，系统可以快速的处理大量的数据，并且能够将不同的数据进行整合分析，从而帮助各行业决策者做出更好的决策。于是我们提出了一种新的解决方案，包括安卓APP界面设计、服务端管理系统，我们相信这个APP平台将为用户提供便捷高效的体验。
对基于web的协晨医疗app设计，本文JAVA语言， uni-APP框架，运用B/S来构建系统的框架，数据信息的储存利用MySQL数据库来进行。实现了对用户基本信息的动态管理，可以进行增加，删除，修改，查看操作，管理员可以进行服务端信息管理。通过本系统可以快速的了解用户的需求，也提高了工作效率。

ABSTRACT
Information technology is one of the important directions of the development of today’s society, and it has gone deep into various industries. With the development of computer technology, information technology has changed from traditional data processing to network information processing and interaction. In terms of management, through information management technology, the system can quickly process a large amount of data, and can integrate different data for analysis, so as to help decision-makers in various industries to make better decisions. So we proposed a new solution, including Android APP interface design, server management system, we believe that this APP platform will provide users with convenient and efficient experience.
For the design of web-based Xichen medical app, this paper uses JAVA language and uni-APP framework, uses B/S to build the system framework, and uses MySQL database to store data information. To realize the dynamic management of the user’s basic information, you can add, delete, modify, view operations, administrators can perform server-side information management. Through this system can quickly understand the needs of users, but also improve the work efficiency.
