成为VIP电子邮件是一种通过网络实现相互传送和接收信息的现代化通信方式，电子邮件已经成为一种时尚。本文实际设计一个电子邮件系统，包含了管理员帐号管理、用户信息管理、使用帮助管理和系统等。该系统实现了良好的电子邮件系统，具有执行效率高、运行稳定可靠的优点。
本系统是基于B/S模式，采用的是采用JSP(JAVA Server Pages)技术和SQL Server 2000模式的开发集成环境。此系统的设计从功能上来说，是比较完备的，系统以Web界面与管理员交互，为管理员提供信息并接受其操作，同时通过数据库管理系统来存储信息数据。本系统的基本功能：数据进行录入、修改、删除、查询、统计的基本功能。

Abstract
E-mail is a mutually transmit and receive information of modern communication through the Internet, e-mail has become a kind of fashion. In this paper, the actual design of an email system, including the administrator account management, user information management, the use of management and the system help. The system realizes the e-mail system is good, has the advantages of high efficiency, stable and reliable operation.
The system is based on the B/S model, by using JSP (JAVA Server Pages) integrated development environment and SQL Server 2000 models. The design of this system from the function, is more complete, the system to the Web interface and administrator interaction, and provide information for administrators and accept its operation, at the same time to store information and data through database management system. The basic functions of the system: the basic function of data entry, modify, delete, query, statistics.
