JSP会议管理系统
摘 要
21世纪的今天社会竞争日益激烈,企事业单位内部各种会议也不断增多,会议信息量也逐渐增大。企业公司内部需要经常通过会议进行沟通、问题解决以及决策的制定。而现在企事业的会议管理工作繁重且处于无系统流程的状态。手工作业效率很低,不便于管理,而且容易出错。据调查,经理级和专业人员每周约花1/4的时间在开会上。根据美国权威机构的统计数据表明,早在1996年美国企业就因为不当的会议管理造成了60亿美圆的高额损失。另一项调查表明,企业80%的员工提升来源于其在会议上的表现引起上司的注意和赏识。因此如何开会,如何使会议有效益和有效率,对于企业和企业人来说,都具有重要的意义。
随着计算机技术的飞速发展,计算机在企业、学校等应用的普及,不管在公司还是高校,都存在会议管理的问题,而现在绝大多的会议管理还处于手工作业状态,效率很低,而且容易出错,不便于管理。会议管理的内部管理、自我完善不容忽视,我们认为有必要开发一个中小型会议管理软件,采用JSP技术、MYSQL作为数据库开发出的基于JSP的会议管理系统。整个系统各操作窗口清新、大方,操作方便,包含了后台管理员登录和前台会员登录两部分,管理员登录模块包括公告管理、用户管理、会议室管理、预定管理和个人信息几大功能模块,会员登录部分包括通知公告、会议室预定、个人信息三个功能模块。

Abstract
21st century society in an increasingly competitive, enterprises have continued to increase internal meetings, conferences also increases the amount of information. Internal corporate companies need to communicate regularly through meetings, problem solving and decision making. And now meeting the management of enterprises in the heavy and no system flow state. Inefficient manual work, not easy to manage, and error-prone. According to the survey, managers and professionals who take a week to spend about 1/4 of the time in meetings. According to the statistics show that the U.S. authorities as early as 1996, U.S. companies because of improper management conference caused 60 billion dollars of high losses. Another survey showed that 80 percent of enterprise employees to improve their performance in meeting comes on the boss’s attention and appreciation caused. Therefore, how to meet, how to make meetings effective and efficient for business and business people who have important significance.
With the rapid development of computer technology , the popularity of computer businesses, schools, and other applications , regardless of the company or university , there are conference management problem, and now the vast majority of conference management manual work is still in the state , inefficient, and prone to mistakes , not easy to manage. Conference Management internal management , self-improvement can not be ignored , we believe it is necessary to develop a small meeting management software, using JSP technology , MYSQL database developed as a conference management system based on JSP . Fresh whole system to operate windows , generous, easy to operate , including the background and foreground administrator login Sign in two parts, the administrator login module includes announcements management, user management , meeting room management, personal information management, and scheduled several functional modules, Member Login section includes announcement , conference room reservations , personal information, three functional modules.
