随着计算机网络技术的飞速发展,高校传统的资助金管理方式存在着诸多弊端,比如:汇总学生奖项信息工作量大、学生数据维护困难等,因此开发出一款高效查询、快速管理资助金评定信息的管理系统成为当务之急。通过一款困难生资助平台,学生可以通过网络申请资助金助学金,然后由校方审批学生申请记录,最后对获奖者进行发放资助金,使得高校资助金评定系统化,规范化和高效化,提高管理者的能力水平和工作效率,减轻教学管理人员的负担。
根据本系统的研究现状和发展趋势,系统从需求分析、结构设计、数据库设计,在到系统实现,分别为前端实现和后端实现。论文内容从系统描述、系统分析、系统设计、系统实现、系统测试来阐述系统的开发过程。本系统力求结合实际找出一种切实可行的开发方案,经过反复研究和学习,借助java编程语言、jsp技术、sqlserver数据库和tomcat服务器来完成系统的所有功能,最后进行系统测试,来检测系统的权限和漏洞,从而将系统完善,达到符合标准。

Scholarship evaluation management system design and implementation
ABSTRACT
With the rapid development of computer network technology, the traditional way of scholarship management there are many disadvantages, such as: summarize student award information workload big, difficulty of student data maintenance, thus developed an efficient query, fast management scholarship evaluation of the management system of information has become a top priority. Through a scholarship evaluation management system, students can apply for a scholarship grants through the network, and then by the university students to apply for records for examination and approval, the final winner for scholarships, made scholarship evaluation in universities is systematic, standardized and highly efficient, improve the ability of management level and work efficiency, reduce the burden of teaching management personnel.
According to the research status and development trend of this system, the system from the demand analysis, structure design, database design, in to the system implementation, respectively for the front-end and back-end. Content of the paper from the system description, system analysis, system design, system implementation, system testing, to elaborate the development process of the system. The system tries to combine the actual find out a feasible development plan, after repeated research and study, using the Java programming language, the JSP technology, essentially a database and tomcat server to accomplish all functions of the system, and finally to the system test, to detect system permissions and loopholes, thus the system perfect, to conform to the standard.
