随着社会物质条件的改善，生产生活节奏的加快，人们越来越意识到时间的重要性，在工作中，生活中越来越注重如何节省时间，提高效率。因为工作和生活的缘故，在必要的时候向汽车出租公司提出租赁车辆的服务要求，已成为大众广为认可和接受的行为和选择。在这种社会需求的强力带动下，汽车租赁市场出现了前所未有的一片繁荣景象。各个汽车租赁公司门庭若市，业务激增。然而在繁忙的景象背后，却也暴露出汽车租赁公司在处理业务信息时以人工方式为主所带来的诸如：效率低下，管理混乱，失误增多等诸多弊端。在实践中，汽车租赁行业的业主们逐渐意识到在租赁行业中借助计算机引入信息管理的重要性，并开始不断提高自身的素质和高科技在工作中的投入，以改善信息的管理，提高服务效率。
本文主要是采用jsp的mvc技术、Sqlserver数据库、Tomcat服务器作为开发平台，系统采用B/S结构进行开发，完成一个汽车租赁系统。目标是实现一个以租赁为中心的汽车租赁系统，构建用户信息与账号，账号与订单信息有机结合的业务系统。提供了包括传统业务中最基本的用户注册、登录、查询、租赁、租赁记录管理、车辆信息管理、用户信息管理及订单信息管理等功能，是一个比较完善的系统。

Abstract
Many advanced countries have already committed to the development of bicycle instead of high energy consumption, high emission vehicles. However the traditional backward bike rental management mode is still in the very great degree restricted the implementation of public bike rental popularization and the development of modernization, become the “soft environment” of the deeper problems. Therefore, in an age of information and network, information management through the computer technology to the bike rental system construction, realizes the bike rental management efficiency, electronic, to promote greater use of public bicycle travel, can improve the road resource utilization and ease traffic congestion, promote energy conservation and emissions reduction, improve the urban grade provide strong technical support.
This article mainly is to use the MVC JSP technology, essentially a database, Tomcat server as a development platform, system adopts B/S structure development, completed a bike rental system. Goal is to achieve a centered on rental bike rental system, build the user information and account number, account information with the order of organic combination of business systems. Offers including traditional business in the most basic user register, login, query, rent, lease, record management, vehicle information management, user information management, order information management, and other functions, is a relatively perfect system.
