摘 要
近年来,科技飞速发展,在经济全球化的背景之下,互联网技术将进一步提高社会综合发展的效率和速度,互联网技术也会涉及到各个领域,而智慧交通的道路情况处置与规划软件系统APP在网络背景下有着无法忽视的作用。安卓APP的开发是一个不断优化的过程,随着网络数据时代的到来,安卓APP与计算机的集成成为必然。
利用安卓操作系统下的应用平台,发展一套智慧交通的道路情况处置与规划软件系统,将会给交通来更大的效益,而在智慧交通的道路情况处置与规划效能上,也必然会有很大的方便!这样可以节省大量的人力、时间和金钱。该系统主要包括系统用户、交通信息、处理建议、扣费建议、车辆举报、通行费查询、公告消息、资源等进行管理。
本篇论文对智慧交通的道路情况处置与规划软件系统的需求分析、功能设计、系统设计进行了较为详尽的阐述,并对系统的整体设计进行了阐述,并对各功能的实现和主要功能进行了说明,并附上了相应的操作界面图。

Abstract
In recent years, science and technology have developed rapidly. Internet technology will also involve various fields. The intelligent transportation road situation disposal and planning software system APP plays an important role in the network context. The development of Android apps is a continuous optimization process, and with the advent of the network data era, the integration of Android apps with computers has become inevitable.
By utilizing the application platform under the Android operating system, the development of a smart transportation road situation management and planning software system will bring greater benefits to transportation, and there will inevitably be great convenience in the road situation management and planning efficiency of smart transportation! This can save a lot of manpower, time, and money. The system mainly includes the management of system users, traffic information, processing suggestions, fee deduction suggestions, vehicle reporting, toll inquiry, announcement messages, resources, etc.
This paper provides a detailed explanation of the requirements analysis, functional design, and system design of the road situation disposal and planning software system for smart transportation.
