浅谈机动车保险现场查勘的重要性
摘要
机动车辆保险在财产保险中的业务份额的比例越来越大，机动车辆保险业已成为财产保险公司骨干的保险。随着我国各种类型的立法特别是对道路交通安全法的不断深入，各级组织的道路交通事故的处理更走向法制化，道路交通安全保险公司理赔案件中后期更注重现场查勘的证据。

Abstract
Motor vehicle insurance property insurance business in the share proportion is larger and larger, motor vehicle insurance has become the backbone of the insurance of property insurance companies. With China’s various types of legislation, especially for the road traffic safety law is ceaseless and thorough, all levels of the organization of road traffic accident treatment more toward legal system to change, the road traffic safety insurance claims cases are late in paying more attention to site survey evidence.
