摘要
财务管理是企业管理的核心组成部分，对于企业能否实现良性发展和可持续发展具有重要意义。而中小企业又是我国经济增长的主要动力，快速发展中小企业是实现国民经济发展的主要任务之一。但当前，由于国内部分中小企业对财务管理认识的不足，很多中小企业在财务管理上存在突出的问题，部分问题甚至严重威胁了中小企业生存发展。在这样的背景下，开展中小企业财务管理研究，对企业财务管理问题进行分析，无疑具有重要的理论和实践意义。为了准确把握中小企业财务管理状况，本文首先介绍了我国中小企业财务管理的概况，然后详细分析了我国中小企业财务管理中存在的一些问题，最后针对这些存在的问题提出相应的解决对策，并希望这些对策的提出对我国中小企业财务管理的进一步发展有一定的促进作用。

Abstract
Enterprise financial management is the core component of management for enterprise can realize benign development and sustainable development to have the important meaning. Small and medium-sized enterprises and the rapid economic development as an important part of the rapid development of the small and medium-sized enterprises at present in our country is one of the main tasks. However, at present, the domestic small and medium enterprises to insufficient knowledge of financial management, many medium and small enterprises in the financial management are very prominent problems, part of the problem and even serious threat for small and medium-sized enterprise’s survival and development. In this context, and carry out the small and medium-sized enterprise financial management research, to the enterprise financial management problems were analyzed, and it is of important theoretical and practical significance. In order to accurately grasp the small and medium enterprise financial management status, this paper first introduced the medium-sized and small enterprises in the financial management of the situation, and detailed analysis of the small and medium-sized enterprise financial management problems, and finally aiming at these problems put forward some corresponding solutions, and hope that these countermeasures put forward the small and medium-sized enterprises in China to the further development of financial management is of certain simulative effect.
