现金流管理自然而然就应该以创造更大的现金流量、创造更大的价值为宗旨。现金管理效率是指企业必须持有一定量的现金以满足各种资金需要的同时，又不过多的持有现金以免造成资源的浪费。企业提高现金管理效率的方法不外乎加速现金回收、推迟现金支付和力争现金流入与流出同步。深刻剖析了当前我国企业现金管理存在的主要问题，设计出适应经济发展和有利于提高企业竞争力的现金管理策略也显得特别重要。通过对我国企业现金管理存在的问题的分析，提出以下解决问题的对策。

Abstract：cash flow management naturally should in order to create more big cash flow, create more value for the purpose. Cash management efficiency is to show enterprise must have a certain amount of cash to meet the need of funds, and meanwhile but more cash held so as to avoid the waste of resources. Enterprise to improve the efficiency of cash management is accelerating cash recovery, cash and strive to delay cash inflow and outflow synchronization. Deeply analyzed the current our country enterprise cash management, the main problems of design adapt to economic development and to improve the competitiveness of enterprises cash management strategy is very important also. Pass to our country enterprise cash management analysis of the existing problems, and put forward the following countermeasures.
