Abstract

The development needs of the market supervision, the securities market because of its high risk and the recent overseas listing Corporation false statements and other problems, supervision is key.  The purpose of this paper is through the study of China’s outside the listed company supervision, strengthen the effective supervision of overseas listing Corporation based on perfecting the theoretical study, with a view to the comprehensive revision of overseas listing rules help.
