随着社会市场经济的发展和日益繁荣，对社会信访服务的要求越来越高。为充分利用现代信息处理技术和科学手段，建立一个功能齐全、既适用于当前各地业务需要，又具有前瞻性的劳动就业信访网络管理系统，已经十分必要。
本论文以某省劳动就业的实际需求为背景，将就业的信访方面的相关业务及工作流程信息化，实现通过互联网对全省信访工作相关信息进行发布及在线处理等功能。
借助MyEclipse开发平台，可以很迅速容易地开发出一个小型信访管理子系统。系统可以在MSSQL数据库和Tomcat服务器下正确运行，其主要功能包括信访登记、办理、复查、统计、归档和用户管理等。
