小学语文教学对教师的素养要求
摘要
语文核心素养是学生在原有的语文知识和语文学习能力的基础上形成长久的、稳定的适应未来发展的语文学科素养。小学语文核心素养不仅是指小学语文知识的素养,更是指小学语文学习中语言的素养、思维的素养、审美的素养和文化的素养。因为小学教育是整个素质教育的起始阶段和基础阶段,所以也是语文核心素养落实的起始阶段和基础阶段。核心素养落实的主角不单是指学生,更重要的则是教师,所以小学语文教师在落实核心素养时要不断提升自身的语文素养,这样才能及时有效的发现教学中所存在的问题并解决问题。既能在语文的教学中摒弃以往不合理的教学习惯,又能探明小学语文核心素养的内涵与特征。最后能以小学语文核心素养为纲领创造出适用于教师教和学生学的核心素养新课堂。

Abstract
Chinese core literacy is the student in the original language knowledge and language learning ability formed on the basis of long-term, stable to adapt to the future development of Chinese science literacy. Primary school Chinese core literacy is not only refers to the primary school Chinese knowledge accomplishment, but also refers to the primary school of language literacy, thinking in the language learning literacy, aesthetic literacy and cultural accomplishment. Because primary school education is the initiation stage and the base stage of the whole quality education, it is also the initiation stage and the base stage of the Chinese core accomplishment. Core quality to carry out the leading role is not only refers to the students, more important is the teacher, so the primary school Chinese teachers in implementing the core literacy to improve their Chinese accomplishment, so as to timely and effectively discover the problems in teaching and solve the problem. It can be used in the teaching of Chinese language as well as the unjustifiable teaching habits, and the connotation and characteristics of the core literacy of primary school. At the end of the day, it can be used to create a new curriculum for teachers and students.
