成为VIP本文在介绍MVC(Model-View-Controller)模式的基础上，详细阐述了Struts框架的结构和处理流程，通过应用Struts技术开发学校医院报销系统的实例，分析了Struts框架在项目中的应用，并讨论了其优越性。采用J2EE技术实现基于B/S模式的医院报销系统，该系统采用了模型-视图-控制器（Model View Controller，MVC）设计思想，很好地实现了业务逻辑与用户面的分离。通过报销系统，管理员可以方便的对报销的信息进行管理，节省了时间，提高了效率。而且所有信息最后都会生成表单，报销费用和相应的折扣都一目了然，打印出来给患者，增加了报销费用的透明度。与此同时，也方便了医院方面对于报销的查询和统计。

Abstract
This article discusses is the school hospital medical service reimburses the system the design with the development, the manager inputs patient’s serial number (student number or is teacher numbers), the system can assign out this patient’s related information, again inputs the content which needs to reimburse, the system can automatically count the expense as well as the corresponding discount which reimburses. Through reimburses the system, the manager may facilitate to the information which reimburses carries on the management, has saved the time, enhanced the efficiency. Moreover all information finally can produce the table list ,reimburses the expense and the corresponding discount all is clear at a glance, prints for the patient, increased has reimbursed the expense the transparency. At the same time, also has facilitated the hospital aspect regarding the inquiry and the statistics which reimburses.
