随着计算机产业的迅速发展，电子计算机已广泛的应用于信息管理、文字处理、辅助设计、辅助教学及人们的日常生活中。排课管理系统主要是针对中涉及毕业生排课的一系列相关工作的管理，本系统的建立使排课的管理更加规范化、系统化，查询手段更加便捷化。同时，排课管理系统也是实现高校排课管理现代化和信息化的重要内容。随着计算机技术的飞速发展，高校也已进入信息化时代。为了使高校管理更高校、更科学，决定开发排课管理系统。
本文采用结构化分析的方法，首先进行系统开发背景的介绍，系统的开发目的；接下来系统的关键技术以及系统开发模式的介绍；之后是系统分析，包括系统可行性分析，业务流程分析，数据流程分析和数据字典；然后是系统设计，包括功能设计和数据库的设计；接下来是系统实现，主要讲述了系统的界面实现；最后是系统测试，测试了本系统的功能和性能。
本系统用JSP+SQLServer2000开发，开发过程中运用了页面模块化、信息发布的动态生成、静态页面显示等技术开发。系统开发模式采用B/S模式。本系统的设计实施为排课管理系统的运行做基础，为排课管理工作提供良好的条件。
