随着科学技术和信息通讯的飞速发展，Internet极大的丰富和改变着我们生活的各个行业。随着Internet的普及应用，人们可以跨越时间和空间的限制，足不出户便能通过网络完成信息交流，而完成这一切我们需要的便是网络评价系统这个平台。为实现这一目的，本设计通过详尽的分析和探讨，利用网络编程和数据库来实现基于B/S结构的开放平台出租车管理系统，采用JSP技术，从而为注册用户提供一个发布资源的平台，实现物品信息的交流和共享的功能。
论文共分为6个章节，第一章对当前背景与国内外现状进行分析：第二章对数据库技术等进行简单介绍；第三章对需求进行分析并提出解决方案；第四章是系统的设计过程介绍。

Abstract
With the rapid development of science and technology and information and communication, the Internet greatly enrich and change our lives in various industries. With the popularity of Internet applications, people across time and space constraints, staying at home will be able to complete the exchange of information through the network, and the completion of all we need is the online trading system platform. In order to achieve this purpose, the design through detailed analysis and discussion, network programming and database to implement online auction system based on B / S structure, using JSP technology, which provides a platform publishing resources for registered users, items of information exchange and sharing functions.
The thesis is divided into six chapters, the first chapter of the current background and analysis of domestic and international status quo: the second chapter of the database technology brief; Chapter needs analysis and proposed solutions; Chapter system to the design process.
