通过租车行管理系统这个平台，可以实现租车行管理的信息化、网络化、系统化、规范化，使工作人员从繁杂的数据查询和统计中解脱出来，减少工作量。系统的主要功能包括：车辆类型管理、租车费用管理、车辆管理、客户管理、客户租车管理、还车管理、租车查询等。
本系统前台主要使用JSP作为开发语言，后台使用SqlServer作为数据库管理系统，开发环境是MyEclipse，服务器采用tomcat，开发出的一个基于Web技术的B/S结构的租车行管理系统。
