成为VIP基于JSP的高校教师业绩管理系统设计实现
摘要
随着科学技术的发展，尤其是IT互联网的发展，使信息化时代逐渐代替了上世纪的工业化时代，互联网的高速发展，改变了众多行业的格局，使人们的生活进入高速、方便快捷的节奏，高校教师业绩管理也不例外。近年来，随着高校教师的发展以及高校教师业绩管理范围的增广，无疑增加了高校教师业绩管理机构与工作人员的压力。通过几年的资料收集以及调查研究，高校教师业绩管理部门已经拥有了非常丰富的高校教师高校教师数据，但以前的管理都是通过人工的去巡查、管理等，这种传统的管理方法与现在高速发展的互联网状况已经严重不能适应，在目前的高校教师业绩管理中已经显得困难重重，没有发挥应有的作用。近年为了健全和完善我校高校教师的管理体制，充分发挥高校教师的优势，提高社团发展水平，促进高校教师活动向健康、文明、向上的方向发展，特制定本管理办法。实现信息化建设，使管理手段逐步走向数字化、智能化、现代化。依靠信息化建设的现代化管理系统是高校教师业绩管理系统逐步完善、规范和成熟应用的必然发展趋势。
本社团管理系统是针对目前高校教师业绩管理的实际需求，从实际工作出发，在分析以前高校教师业绩管理系统中存在问题的基础上，结合管理信息系统开发的概念、结构及系统开发的基本原理和方法，并利用计算机运算速度快、存储信息容量大、处理逻辑问题强、功能强大的优势，采用目前最流行的B/S结构和JSP中流行的MVC三层设计模式。本高校教师业绩管理系统主要包括“登录模块”、“系统用户管理模块”、 “教师信息模块”、 “学生信息管理模块”、 “课程信息模块”、“工资信息模块”、“考勤信息模块”、“科研项目模块”等多个模块。它帮助&高校教师业绩管理实现了信息化、网络化，通过测试，实现了系统设计目标，相比传统得管理模式，本系统合理的利用了高校教师高校教师数据资源，有效的减少了高校教师高校教师业绩管理的经济投入，大大提高了高校教师高校教师业绩管理的效率。

Implement information construction, make management step by step towards digitalization, intellectualization and modernization. Relying on the information construction of modern management system is gradually improve university teachers’ performance management system, standardize the inevitable development trend and mature application.
The community management system is in light of the actual demand of the university teachers’ performance management, starting from the actual work, before the analysis of college teachers on the basis of the existed problems in the performance management system, combining with the concept of management information system development, structure and basic principle and method of system development, and use the information stored in the computer operation speed, large capacity, strong processing logic problem, powerful advantages, by far the most popular B/S structure and JSP in popular MVC three layer design model. The university teachers’ performance management system is mainly including \”login module\”, \”the system user management module\”, \”teachers information module\”, \”the student information management module\”, \”course information module\”, \”salary information module\”, \”attendance information module\”, \”scientific research project module\” multiple modules, etc. It helps & college teachers performance management to implement the informatization and networking, through testing, and realized the system design goal, compared with the traditional management mode, this system is reasonable use of university teachers in colleges and universities data resources, effectively reduce the college teachers college teachers performance management of economic investment, greatly improving the efficiency of university teachers college teachers performance management.
