随着信息互联网购物的飞速发展，一般企业都去创建属于自己的管理系统。本文介绍了V公司人力资源管理系统的开发全过程。通过分析企业对于V公司人力资源管理系统的需求，创建了一个计算机管理V公司人力资源管理系统的方案。文章介绍了V公司人力资源管理系统的系统分析部分，包括可行性分析等，系统设计部分主要介绍了系统功能设计和数据库设计。
本V公司人力资源管理系统有管理员和员工用户两个角色。管理员功能有个人中心，员工用户管理，人事变更管理，休假申请管理，员工用户考勤记录管理，员工用户考核登记管理，考核结果管理，考核标准管理，员工用户工资管理，缺勤扣钱标准管理等。员工用户功能有个人中心，人事变更管理，休假申请管理，员工用户考勤记录管理，员工用户考核登记管理，考核结果管理，员工用户工资管理等。因而具有一定的实用性。
本站是一个B/S模式系统，采用SSM框架作为开发技术，MYSQL数据库设计开发，充分保证系统的稳定性。系统具有界面清晰、操作简单，功能齐全的特点，使得V公司人力资源管理系统管理工作系统化、规范化。

Abstract
With the rapid development of information Internet shopping, most companies create their own management systems. This article introduces the whole development process of V company human resource management system. By analyzing the enterprise’s demand for the V company’s human resource management system, a program for computer management of the V company’s human resource management system was created. The article introduces the system analysis part of V company human resource management system, including feasibility analysis, etc. The system design part mainly introduces the system function design and database design.
The human resource management system of V company has two roles: administrator and employee. Administrator functions include personal center, employee management, personnel change management, vacation application management, employee attendance record management, employee assessment registration management, assessment result management, assessment standard management, employee salary management, and absence deduction standard management. This site is a B/S model system, using SSM framework as the development technology, MYSQL database design and development, fully guarantee the stability of the system.
